Grande Centre Point Group Launches “Grande Your Stay” Concept

Grande Centre Point Group Launches “Grande Your Stay” Concept,
Opens New Bangkok Branch to Welcome Hotel Industry Boost in 2016

Grande Centre Point Hotels boasts annual revenue of more than THB 1.5 billion in 2015. The group is gearing up to expand its market share warranted by the hotels’ prime locations, finest room quality, and friendly services. Under the new concept “Grande Your Stay”, the hotel brand aims to create a lasting memory for guests. Its members will reap various benefits from the chain’s subsidiaries once enrolled in its GCP Rewards program. Foreseeing a bright future for Bangkok hotel industry in 2016 and a rise in number of Asian tourists, a new Grande Centre Point hotel is due to open soon in the heart of the city, at Sukhumvit 55.

Mrs Suwanna Buddhaprasart, a director of L&H Hotel Management, revealed that in 2015 Grand Centre Point group’s revenue from hotel rooms has increased from 2014 by 10% and the occupancy rate averages at 80% for all the three branches.

“If there is no unexpected and significant negative factors,” Mrs. Suwanna said, “we should see a surge in deals for Bangkok hotels in 2016, both in terms of occupancy and revenue. We believe that the volume of tourists, especially for those from China, Japan, India, and South Korea, will expand considerably. The increased number should make up for the loss of euro-zone tourists which may continue to decline this year.”

L&H Hotel Management Co., Ltd is the owner and operator of three Grande Centre Point hotels: the 277-room Grande Centre Point Ploenchit, the 497-room Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, and the 462-room Grande Centre Point Terminal 21.

“This year we have implemented the concept of “Grande Your Stay” which represents the brand’s values: space luxury, functional simplicity, and dedicated service, with a goal of creating a lasting memory for our guests. Apart from our signature warm welcome and friendly services, we have debuted a loyalty program “GCP Rewards” for guests who reserve their room directly via the hotel’s website. The members can enjoy many privileges such as best-room guarantee; up to 55% room discount; a special discount for in-hotel dining facilities as well as See-fah chain restaurants; a discount at award-winning Rarinjinda Wellness Spa and Let’s Relax spa; fast-track check-in and check-out; speedy luggage pick-up; and faster Wi-Fi connection.

“Moreover, within this year, we will strengthen our brand even further by unveiling a new hotel branch, Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The new hotel is situated in Soi Sukhumvit 55, at the heart of Thonglor. This prime location boasts a copious amount of international restaurants, fashion boutiques, community malls, and pretty much every kind of goods or services you desire. It is especially suitable for business travellers, casual tourists, and those traveling with family,” Mrs. Suwanna explained.

The main targeted customers of Grande Centre Point hotels are both corporate and leisure travelers. Each of the hotel’s location offers easy access from Suvarnabhumi airport both by car and by Bangkok Airport Rail Link (ARL) and BTS Skytrain. With its outstanding décor and unique concept, Grande Centre Point hotels are the answer to the modern traveller’s desire to seek amazement from exotic cultures. Our true understanding about Thai charisma and hospitality as well as the ability to adapt to support the real needs of travellers make Grande Centre Point Hotels stand out as the genuine Thai service. The value in terms of price and quality provided is what impresses its recurring guests the most.

Grande Centre Point Hotels present upper midscale hospitality services in prime locations of Bangkok. The group opened its first hotel, Grande Centre Point Ploenchit in 2003. The hotel went through a 320-million-baht renovation in 2014 (a budget of approximately 800,000 baht per room,) All 32 stories, 277 rooms, as well as the lobby and restaurants were given a major facelift before it reopened in November 2014. This renovation generates around 500 – 700 baht more revenue per room

The 497-room Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri has been open for business since 2008. Its interior design is a fusion between Thai classical and modern art. Inspired by Thai folklore of Tavatimsa heaven (the second heaven where Indra dwells), the atmosphere is kept calm, cool, and heaven-like, which blends seamlessly with all the convenience offered by the hotel.

Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 opened in 2012 and became an instant and constant hit among travellers thanks to its exceptional location on the Asoke – Sukhumvit corner. Situated only few steps from Asoke BTS sky train station and Sukhumvit MRT subway station, the hotel is effortlessly accessible to special-themed Terminal 21 shopping mall. The 28-floor building, which stands on 47,298 square meter space and has 2 levels below the ground, boasts 462 spacious and well-appointed contemporary guest rooms featuring skyline view of Bangkok. The hotel is complete with facilities to accommodate business and leisure travellers.

The strongest features of Grande Centre Point Hotels are its prime locations in the heart of Bangkok, with close proximity to main commercial districts and high-end shopping malls. All are situated next to the BTS sky train route with easy connection to BTS and MRT stations. The hotels were also built with the convenience and comfort of visitors in mind, as evidenced in more spacious rooms than that of any regular Bangkok hotel. The group presents efficient Thai hospitality with luxurious spaces and facilities as the hotels are always well-maintained and ready for service to its full capacity. Compare them with any same-level hotels in the vicinity if you must. We can promise that a great time is guaranteed for all guests at Grande Centre Point Hotels.
